We produce high-quality prototype moldings from aluminum molds with quick turnaround times. To cater to high volume manufacturing, our Injection Molding Facility is equipped with best-in-class paint shop, in-house tooling and molding for plastic, metal and rubber parts, VVDN’s automated injection molding facility helps in quick turnaround times with reduced design risks. VVDN today produce parts for textured-surface for 5G Telecom Products, Wi-Fi Access Points, Switches, Camera Products , Automotive Components etc.
We have setup dedicated facility for making pressure die casting molds for aluminum, magnesium and zinc. With this added capabilities we are able to provide finished metal parts that are accurately dimensioned, sharply defined, smooth or textured-surface for 5G Telecom Products, Wi-Fi Access Points, Switches, Camera Products , Automotive Components etc. VVDN features an innovative automated die casting plant with the most technologically advanced die casting equipment enabling us to produce consistently high-quality work that exceeds the expectations of our customers.
